Internal campaign. The client requested that we come up with a fun campaign for their employees to get to know and interact with each other. We came up with the idea that the work environment can be just like a jungle, with each employee portraying a different animal in the jungle all with unique traits and skills that contribute to the ecosystem. The idea behind this campaign was to create a spirit animal for each employee based on the individual skills and traits that they bring to the team.

When an employee does well they get an email with a video attached of the jungle book and it plays the scene with King Lui singing " I wanna be just like you" as a fun way to congratulate an employee.
